1. Basic Return Eligibility

Customers can submit return and full refund applications within 7 calendar days after receiving the ordered products. No return or refund requests will be accepted while goods are still in transit. Return applications are only available after customers receive and sign for the packages.

2. Product Condition Requirements for Returns

Only items with intact original packaging, completely unopened and unused are qualified for returns. Any products with opened packaging, obvious trial or usage marks are not eligible for return, exchange or refund under any circumstances.If a non-human-caused defect or manufacturing damage is discovered immediately after opening the original, undamaged packaging, the customer can contact customer service to apply for a return and refund.

3. Mandatory Pre-Return Notification

You must contact our customer service team via email support@uspatriotscraft.com before returning any items. Please attach your order number, product details and return reason in the email. Packages sent back without prior consultation and official confirmation from customer service will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

4. Responsibility for Return Shipping Fees

alanhandicrafts will not bear any return shipping costs. All logistics fees incurred during the return process shall be fully paid by the customer.

5. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned goods and verify that they meet all return standards, refunds will be processed to your original payment account within 3 to 5 business days.

6. Policy Statement

alanhandicrafts reserves the right to update this return policy without advance notice and holds the final right of interpretation for all terms above.
